Total maintenance for the five months ending November 30, 2022 was $93,872 as compared to $60,830 for the prior year. Significant repairs this year making up a portion of the increase are as follows: Replacement of rotten siding (approximately $11,000), painting not assessed for (approximately $10,500), water main emergency repair (approximately $7,500) and a repair to associations Kubota tractor (approximately $3,000).
New Owner
Last month I welcomed new owners to Lakeside Club, but absent-mindedly left one off the list. (Sorry about that, Wes.)
Unit 26 was purchased by Wesley (Wes) Swain in August, who lives at Lakeside full-time.
Project/Grounds Update
- Staff continues winter heat checks, ensuring that windows are closed, heat is turned on, and thermostats are set to a minimum of 55 degrees. If you do not want your unit checked during the winter months, please notify staff by submitting a Repair Request Form—accessible from the LSC website.
- Please shower before using the pool.
- Reminder:No food or beverages are allowed in the pool house.
- Heat tapes are maintained by LSC staff.Please do not plug or unplug them.
Reminders . . .
- Pets must be on leash.
- Please do not have your pets urinate at the entrances to the buildings, use the interior pathways or perimeter areas away from buildings. We appreciate your cooperation.
- Renters are NOT allowed to have pets.
- Owners are responsible for picking up their pet’s poop.
- Two bag stations are on the property.
- QUIET HOURS ARE 10PM — 8AM. (Please let renters and guests know)
- PLEASE ABIDE BY OUR SPEED LIMIT FOR SAFETY.
- Owners that rent or have guests at their condominium are responsible for ensuring these renters or guests abide by the Lakeside General Rules.

When you meet LSC owners and they tell you their unit number, it may be difficult to visualize where they live because the unit numbers do not follow a logical sequence. But help is available on the LSC website—Owners—Lakeside Club Diagram. By accessing the diagram, you can find unit numbers for new friends or VRBO rentals, or if you see units for sale on realtor.com.
